  : Apart from the awful situation I went through, the most positive thing was that I got my stay refunded. In any case, and in an ideal situation, completely opposite to mine, the accommodation seemed to me to have a lot of potential. Good value for money.
  : What I didn't like: the room was infested with bedbugs! I realised this was happening at around 11pm. I immediately contacted the owner and explained the situation, sending photos. There were at least 3 or 4 adult bedbugs and some young. The owner showed no interest in helping me. I felt completely abandoned at that time of night (imagining that I might even have to spend the night on the street). Luckily I got a room in a four-star hotel! Which you can imagine wasn't cheap. And of course, I had to find other accommodation for my second day stay in Derry. Even with the refund, I lost a lot of money on this situation. In the midst of the owner's disbelief, I was even told that I could be the one carrying the bugs! Rather rude and very inconsiderate. Sure... I was travelling with a family of bedbugs without realising it! Afterwards, the owner said he had found fleas! They weren't fleas, as you can see from the pictures. I believe John will resolve the problem quickly, and I hope this report doesn't put anyone off staying in his accommodation. But I had to share it because I felt very wronged and abandoned.

  : Beds very comfy- spacious rooms - super clean- kitchen and dining room very functional.We cooked our dinner. The kitchen has everything. 2 big fridges where you can store your food. Two cookers - microwave- owen- dishwasher - washing machine with dryer. Lots of cutlery- saucepans- mugs - glasses- 2 kettlesTea- coffee - sugar free to take.At breakfast, lot of choice of cereals.There is also a cosy but beautiful living room with 3 super comfy sofas and a smart TV.We couldn't find a better place!We didn't have private bathroom but it was just outside our room.Free shampoo and bodywash of Paul Costello brand. Very good fragrance. The place has the 12a bus just outside the doorsteps. From city centre to the accommodation it takes around 20min walk.We couldn't find the WIFI password, so we contacted the owner and he gave us straight away.
  : Not many plugs in our room nr 2 to charge our phones. No plugs beside the beds! No WiFi password .- you need to contact the owner and ASK FOR IT.

  : Toilet down stairs with a key, private but downstairs and room was very cold even the heating was on, shower head no water flow, took ages. There is no flow frm the shower head
