  : The beds were comfortable and the sheets were a nice quality
  : There was only two chairs at the table and there was 5 of us. I had to constantly keep ringing up and chasing to find out details. The keypress code should have been sent to us at 1:30 I paid extra for Early check-in and in the end we went off to do something while we waited for the code so we got it much later than we wanted. The house was very cold we had two 3-year-olds with us we didnt know that the timer was set to come on later on in the evening. They were aware we were coming earlier.The sofa was really uncomfortable it felt like one of the springs have gone it was advertised as a luxury but there was leaflets for long-term contractors and I think thats what the 6:30 pm check-in is before because any property weve gone to in the past you always check in by 3 oclock

  : The location was great, only about 10 mins drive from central Derby and close to main roads to go further afield. Space for 2 cars comfortably on the drive. Host very quickly accessible through WhatsApp and could get maintenance if needed on the same day.
  : The house was not a great standard of cleanliness, hob was dirty on arrival, kettle was unusable, damp on the walls, dust and rubbish under furniture and kitchen and bathrooms needed wiping down to remove limescale, grease and ominous coloured fluids. 2 of the 3 sofas were broken, one with a broken recliner and one with something metallic broken in the seat. One of the dining chairs kept coming undone on the back rest as well. Beds are quite hard so it's down to your personal taste on that one.
