  : Bed was comfortable so we got a decent sleep. Lady on reception when we arrived was great. Lady serving at the bar on Friday and Saturday friendly. Lovely shower. Quiet location which suited us
  : Poor girl on Saturday having to work reception and the breakfast area, she did well and with a smile on her face but it must have been hard as the coffee machine had broken down and she was having to make coffee for everyone as well as refilling hot buffet and continental sections. Breakfast was chaotic and Sunday morning they had no eggs, ran out of yogurt and gluten free cornflakes, both coffee machines not working, no cheese on the continental breakfast and fruit salad was watermelon. Had to keep asking for things to be topped up, young boy doing his best and was quite embarrassed but at least he came to tell us they ran out, the lady we asked never came back to let us know one way or another. In bedroom net curtain hanging from window one side (left). Window frames filthy and lots of dead flies when opening the window. Some crumbs on floor first day, small stain on one pillowcase. Small dark stain on chair under the dressing table. Not enough staff working at breakfast, it is impossible to cover reception and breakfast when people are waiting to book out and others are trying to get some food replaced when it has run out. A coffee machine should not be out of action for 3 mornings.

  : Nice hotel, staff friendly and helpful although booked through booking.com apparently booking .com don’t state it’s a twin room we selected. Thankfully this was not a problem and our room was changed. Location a bit out the way, nice,clean and recently refurbished. Very comfy nights sleep
  : I would have preferred a hotel nearer town
