  : Great location - a few yards from the beach, with a daytime caf/tea room, a restaurant and a pub all within 100 yards. Peaceful. And right on the South West Coastal Path, so great for walking.
  : Shame the village shop has closed.

  : Wasnt too keen on the front door being all glass, too open. But thats personal preference.

  : Our findings of 10 at the beach! Grey settee was appalling so uncomfortable with smelly cushions that had been used as pillows by other guests, both settees needed a vac under the cushions, the bed in the en suite room was absolutely dreadful, totally passed its best, I had to use the spare quilt from the other bedroom to make some padding, it gave me horrendous back ache, it was horrible! The drawers in the bedrooms had not been cleaned they had beach stones in. The towels were not presented as stated hygienically wrapped, the crockery was not in the dish washer, the floor was absolutely disgusting it is filthy it needs washing, the extractor fan in the apartment bathroom was not working, the bath plug in the en suite does not work so no bath available, just a shower for all three of us, the blind in the en suite bedroom was not operating properly its poor quality, the kitchen bin was filthy and broken the bin lid and base of the bin had food debris in. The washing machine was absolutely filthy inside and just reeked of dog, someone had clearly been washing their dog towels and it had not been cleaned out. Finally the coffee machine did not work. I am sadly very disappointed with the promised Covid caring practices! I await your responses Rebecca Kemp

  : The amazing location: right by the beach with views of both the sea and the lake. The apartment is also very comfortable, nicely furnished and well equipped with everything you need for a short break (and we loved listening to the waves).
  : We were disappointed to find dog hairs and (dog?) biscuit crumbs under the sofa and some of the bathroom plug holes were a bit grotty.

  : The beds are a bit small (doubles) and some of the towels were a bit old and marked.

  : 10 The Beach was a great place to stay. It had everything we wanted and the washing machine/dryer was good. Mark from Luxury Costal came to see us to make sure everything was ok which it was. We will definitely be coming back

  : Perfect location for quite break and ideal for walking. Exceptional views. Property has high quality facilities and relaxing feel for long holiday. Comfortable bed and I would say thoughtful host. Nothing felt cheap.
