  : Sauna and gym was lovely and the deckchairs.
  : We have stayed at Hilton’s before and this one was far different, the pool was dirty, it smelt of urine and sweat, also no adult hour in the spa for adults to enjoy some peace on the weekends, kids screaming in pool at 8pm at night loudest pool I’ve ever been to me and my partner got a headache from it, due to this I would not stay here again, as life isn’t all about the children adults need peace and pampering to. The staff ignored a lot of our requests, asked for room to be cleaned and it was never cleaned, please get more cleaners, the cleaners look overworked, they also didn’t talk any English so didn’t understand anything I asked them which isn’t ideal. The room service on the family room was non existent and for the first day our calls was ignored completely and got told they needed to recharge the phone so we can call, this caused us to have to go down to reception many times for simple things. I asked staff at reception can they sterilise my baby bottles in a microwave, to feed my newborn baby to be told no at first this is completely un accommodating for families and would never expect a no when it comes to feeding a baby. I had to get the manager involved on this which I find very unprofessional.
