  : The entrance was very disappointing and dirty. Birds have defecate into all the entrance including the windows. The building needs to be more clean.

  : The location is very good, there is a Bus stop right in front of the apartment and it makes going to any part of London very convenient.. The apartment is very neat.T
  : The frontage of the apartment building needs more regular cleaning.

  : We had to have our location of booking changed from dagenham to Ilford as there were stairs with no lifts at the dagenham apartments. Apartment agent: Sham was very helpful and kind to change our booking easily. Ilford apartments was in a good location right next to many shops and restaurants. Nice and clean and excellent shower. I liked the fact I could cook in kitchen if required and it had all the required cutlery pots and pans etc. Washing machine and fridge freezer was very useful too.
  : One of the pillows on bed wasn't clean as it had a stain on it but I just turned the pillow over. Unfortunately we had noisy neighbours in apartment next to us and above us but that is outwith anyone control.
