: The staff were friendly and helpful, good location with easy and safe parking. We had breakfast & dinner over our two day stay, which was very good. The hotel had a nice relaxed atmosphere, it suited our needs just right, and good value for money. Thank you from happy customers.
: Could do with better signing for the restaurant, as we went the wrong way a few times.

: The decor was stunning, great location and outdoor spaces Rooms immaculate Cleaner and receptionist friendly
: Breakfast buffet selection was poor and cramped, everyone was on top of one another, for example one person making a cup of tea whilst others were trying to get cereals I am post op just out of hospital and We came back early Saturday night 22.20 and asked for a hot chocolate in the bar, a Normal request for that time of evening and bar staff told my partner it wasn't available as the machine had just been cleaned. I don't care, serve the customer and clean it again!! We were disgusted by the lack of customer service there Also earlier in the evening we had a meal and drinks in the bar and was appalled by a big dog sitting on your beautiful chairs obviously a local customer. I would never want to sit on that chair afterwards. It baffled us why your staff was not telling the customer, although the customers did come across quite intimidating and seem a big presence in the bar

: Good size twin room. Comfy beds. Great having the pub/restaurant on site - we had a lovely meal there. Car park on site. Helpful, pleasant staff. Good value. We stopped in Wakefield to visit the Hepworth museum en route to a wedding in Scotland. This was a great spot to stay overnight and located a few minutes drive from the Hepworth.

: Exceptionally clean and bed very comfortable. Staff friendly and breakfast plentiful.
: Insufficient wardrobe space for two people. Plenty of room for another hanging rack in the room. No view out of the window at the back of the property due to very overgrown trees.
