: Lovely welcome when we arrivedGood position in ShanklinEasy to book Reasonably priced
: Ordering breakfast the night beforeThe garden view was over a noisy carpark with an overgrown garden at the back so not really a garden viewEverything was measured from how much cereal you got to a glass of juice. Everything had to be asked for if you wanted more so really made you feel awkward. Had to ask for more teabags, milk supplied in tiny plastic pots only 4 so one cup each and that's all 4 gone for 2 people. Garden out the front overgrown needs attention.Rooms need a clean on top of the wardrobe as well as under or behind any furniture. We were there 4 nights after 2 wanted new towels only replaced with one. Seemed to be penny pinching all the time. Place could do with refresh especially the rooms and garden piles of rubbish in areas of the car park/gardenSuch a shame as our anniversary whilst there. Others guests felt the same awkward

: The breakfast was very nice and filling. The staff are lovely. When I told them our bed was uncomfortable they were very happy to move us to a better room.
: I think they should have checked the bed in our room as it was old uncomfortable and creaky. Especially when they had a nicer one available. Not nice for older couple who had come all the way from Australia.
