  : The shower was lovely and hot. Superb! Everything was there in a very well appointed kitchen and the lounge area was comfy and had lots of brochures about the area. Even had a laundry to do your washing!!

  : Initial access to property was through a rusty iron gate, half off its hinges, past overflowing smelly waste bins, clearing a path through overgrown shrubs in back yard. Key accessed from key safe that had seen better days. Inside: quite nice although much of the furniture seemed as if it had been sourced from jumble sales. Clean comfortable bedding, towels foul smelling. All that being said, it's in a great, convenient location and we managed to have a good time. Loved Yarmouth, but sadly would give Admirals Cottage a wide berth another time.

  : - Very neat and clean.- Everything is super organised.- Well set up with random books, games, IOW info.- Fireplace.- Large relaxing lounge.- Lovely little back garden for sitting with drinks- Kitchen very well stocked for cooking and serving.- Great location and good instructions. Although. I got 10 emails with confirmation and instructions when 2 would have been enough.
  : - Check in was at 5pm and check out was 10 am. So we essentially pay for a day on check-in day but can not use the house which is a bit of a rip off. - Could use extra towels, blankets, TP.
