  : Centrally located.
  : The bar area has clearly been updated but the bedrooms were very dated. clearly some work had been done to painted over issues. The mattress was well worn and could feel every spring. the bathroom was covered in mould, mystery stains and missing fixtures. the entire room smelt damp. The walls in the room were also splatted with mystery stains too. While it does warn you the live singers on Saturday nights are really loud. I was two floors up and while the volume was loud it was bearable, however the heavy bass sends sickening vibrations through the building. Avoided breakfast as I was keen to leave.

  : Accommodation very tired and unloved. No atmosphere, only one beer and very limited spirits. No meals available, apparently no chef. Breakfast okay but limited to English only.

  : The hotel was a very comfortable old world pub, well situated in the town for access to everything. Our room was spacious with comfortable beds and very little noise even though we were on the main street. The manager was lovely and friendly and did all he could to make our stay enjoyable even though he seemed to be working on his own, including making the breakfast, which was good.
  : The hotel was in need of some repairs and updating, which the manager told us he was in the process of completing. We had no milk for the drinks in our room, and there was no food due to chef shortages in the area that affected a lot of the pubs there.

  : The breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice and well presented.
  : The place looked a little 'tired' but it must have been hard over the past couple of years to have the funding to keep it pristine. The bedrooms were clean, as was the bed linen and the towels.

  : There was no food been served apart from breakfast they had no chef but didnt know till we arrived . The bedroom needed updating, we couldn't open the window in the bedroom as it was hanging off the hinge cheap toilet was seat hanging off Saturday night there was a blues band on till late The bedroom was vibrating as the music was that loud The whole place was generally untidy. It's a shame as the landlord is a nice person
