  : Hotel location close to motorway. Location of EV charging stations close to reception.
  : The cost of EV charging at 90p per kWh is outrageous. This is more than the very high prices charged at motorway stops for ultra fast charging, 100kW and faster. For a charging rate of only 7kW charging one would expect to pay less than half of what was charged.

  : Well, it wasn’t the building I should’ve stayed in .For some reason 1828 my dream had time traveled 188 years within the space of a 2min walk we been moved to newbuild an extension to the original building. Built in 2016 I felt disheartened best way to sell something is the promise of dream they willNever get to see just like the small print you made really big on reception, monitor screen, make this clear to your paying guests a.k.a. The life blood of your establishment I booked on the buildings character and style Transparency is key I will probably book a travel lodge more or less the same thing but you will £60 60£cash change back The staff allAre good

  : The staff.
  : I have mobility problems, the hotel were aware of this.Our room was a good two hundred metres from the reception, the bar, and the restaurant.I booked a room with a view of the inner courtyard. The view was in fact a small car park.The window in the room was very narrow, this made the room very dark, in fairness it was a good sized room. The bathroom was ideal with a walk in shower. The fan in the bathroom could not be turned off.The drinks tray had 4 coffee tubes, 3 tea bags. Two biscuits, uht milk x 5. There was no complimentary drinking water.Roughly 25 metres away from reception were several electric car charging points. Two of these had two symbols painted on the floor in front of the charger, a green charging symbol and a yellow disabled parking symbol. No sign to explain. Parking only for disabled people with an electric car perhaps?.The fire alarm went off on the Tuesday morning.We exited our room immediately. After a suitable time we went back in.I looked at the written instructions on the rear of the room door. The normal instructions were prominent.There was no mention of the fire alarm was tested on a particular day.I understand the importance of these tests, however, a warning that a test will take place is also important, especially if one has mobility problems.I spoke to a member of staff later in the day who said the alarm was a test. It normally takes place on a Monday, however, they were too busy on the Monday.Our room 161 was in a kind of annexe. A very long, narrow, and featureless building that reminded me of university accommodation.It was quite a walk down this corridor to the restaurant where we had breakfast. The breakfast started at 6.30am. To 9.30am.The whole hotel looked and felt like the type of place one comes to a conference. Sleep over, have an early breakfast, and leave, not the kind of place one comes to spend a few days away.There were no children or apparent couples, mainly individuals working on laptops.

  : Great location, amazing breakfast, staff were all fab!
  : It could use a refurb! The older part is nice but the conference Center and the bedrooms alongside it were looking very warn and dated. But if company investment needed here before we stay again. Our room was tidy but needed another dust and wrappers from previous guest were found under the table.

  : Quite noisy on the Thursday evening and also noisy early in the morning Friday morning with deliveries where our room was.

  : Hotel has a great location, staff are always welcoming, helpful and offer a great level of service. Rooms are clean with everything you need although some are becoming tired and would benefit from an upgrade.
