  : There isn’t a playground. I don’t expect this in hotels but when it is advertised as a facility with a playground and facilities for kids, then I expect it to be true. That was disappointing!

  : This was a night away as a family with my wife and son, first time staying in this hotel, on first impressions it looks ok, on arrival outside had rubbish laying about and there was empty glasses and bottles sitting around the covered area, inside the the hotel was very quite but clean looking, room was a good size, clean and warm beds were comfortable, I had a gluten free cooked breakfast which was very good,
  : Everything was good as can be, only comment we would really have is that the place was very cold around reception area and breakfast area, some of the staff were walking around with coats on, upon leaving there was little to none communication on how our stay was from the receptionist......again she had her coat on and was probably to cold to speak lol
