  : Great location, right next to CoOp for example, and Coldstream is a great base for touring the Borders. House was well equipped and comfortable. There are lovely walks locally so you don't always need the car either.
  : There is a degree of road noise in the front rooms - there seems to be a preponderence of Heavy Goods Vehicles going throught the town. Once you get used to it it's not so bad but this is really the only downside. Lack of wifi might be an issue for some (not for us so much) but worth mentioning
