  : It was a good location for the airport
  : Nothing was clean. I work in the hotel industry. The bathroom was not cleaned. The floor was sticky. There was soap marks on the taps and shower. The worktop in the bathroom you could see water rings from cups. The curtains when we closed the look like they had been attacked with a tommy gun. There were more holes than fabric. The hotel had used that many different air fresheners that you felt sick. Very dated. Any hand rail or door handle you touched was sticky. There was chunks of paint taken off the walls from bed banging and furniture moving/scraping. Needs redecorating quickly.

  : Location convenient for visiting family in Clevedon. Comfortable room, convenient restaurant. Breakfast (continental in my case) was fine. Good shower.
  : Room: washbasin tap was stiff: a person with a weak grip might not have been able to turn it off. Also slow to drain: outflow needs unblocking.Restaurant: more staff would have helped (Saturday night). During the meal I would have liked to get another drink, but it involved waiting in a queue behind people ordering meals and their drinks, and I twice gave up. Much better if waiting staff have card readers and can take orders for drinks during the meal.

  : We have used this hotel again because of how near it is to the airport and the value for money. Keep up the good work...
  : The decor is a little tired and the carpets could do with being changed. Parts of the hotel could do with a lick of paint.

  : The location was great for the airport, and it was reasonably priced. Although the accommodation reflected the price.
  : The staff were off. The cot provided did not have a proper mattress, and no fitted sheet so heads up if your staying with a child who needs a cot. I asked staff and they said they don’t provide the class the cot base as the actual mattress (which is hard and has ridges and is not designed to sleep directly on to) the indoor kids play was absolutely disgusting with a big build up of dirt and smelt of urine. The beds were OK and clean linen, bathrooms are grimy and dated, and it’s very noisy you can hear footsteps from above. I won’t stay again.
