  : The team were excellent, it was Bank Holiday Sunday which is notoriously busy in most pubs/restaurants, but you could really see that everyone of them were grafting and doing their best to provide top service for their guests/customers.
  : Unfortunately some of the other guests who were staying were very loud on the landing outside of the rooms. Stomping and talking extremely loud every time they came out or entered their room. It led to a bit of a disturbed nights sleep. No fault with the hotel and the staff though.

  : The room was lovely and spacious (family room), the bathroom was fabulous, apart from a broken tile on the side of the bath.
  : The double bed seemed more like a 3/4 size and the duvet cover had no fasteners at the bottom, so every time I moved, my feet and legs got tangled in it!Breakfast was not included, and not even available on the Bank Holiday Monday!
