  : Entrance to bedrooms grotty. Music was playing early (somewhere) so could hear the base thumping! Being charged full price for a flat white considering the price of the room.

  : not much - stayed here 2 years ago and much better
  : Very poor rooms facing the high street - heating un turnable off - so window open and 6 x waste lorries at 6am

  : Bed could have been a bit bigger but the rooms are not huge so understand.

  : Only thing was the music in the bar was a bit too loud! Hard to hear conversation but its a pub so dont expect complete silence.

  : Breakfast was plentiful but the quality of items was a bit lacking. The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful.
  : As above the breakfast quality was a shame, the choices were fine but the ingredients were not up to scratch.

  : The rooms weren't cleaned, there was no eggs available for breakfast on the second day, I booked a double room, and it was only a 3/4 size bed. They couldn't enter the booking system, I had to write my own personal details on a scrap piece of paper. To be honest, I think I should be entitled to some form of refund.

  : The English breakfast was of a very high quality (Sausages ! ) The location was central The room was large and clean. The beds comfortable. The Shower was very modern with the water coming from the ceiling above you. The best in my opinion. The Staff were all friendly and helpful. I must mention the very gregarious /friendly and helpful Sarah in particular.
  : There was surprisingly no information re the hotel in the room . On arrival on the Saturday we were told the time of breakfast for the Sunday . But were not informed the time was different on the Monday . Given there was no information pack in the room we were unaware of this. I must mention my biggest criticism . I had pre paid in advance 3 days before the trip. On arrival the member of staff tried to debit my account again with the full tariff. She was unable to do this only because I did not have enough money in my account to cover this. If I had had enough funds in she would have debited my account twice. That would have meant I would have had to do the "donkey work" to recover the amount from Bookings.com. I think this would have been a real inconvenience and would have taken time and numerous e mails to resolve. Thank good ness I don't leave large sums of money lying around in my current account. The hotel should have been aware after I informed them that I had paid in full to check their bank statement to confirm this. I have to say the above did not detract from the great weekend we had in Chichester . But it is worth mentioning for future reference !
