  : Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Walking distance to shops, quiet lane, beautiful setting. Bed and shower were excellent! Kitchen lovely.
  : Front door lock temperamental. Inner door difficult to open. Bathroom smells damp, tiles on side of bath coming off, grout old and grimy. Large bedroom carpet threadbare. Cobwebs behind radiators which came away on our clothes which were drying out. No storage for food. No curtains in sitting room so no privacy!

  : The location. The property layout/space itself was fine the rooms and facilities good. Iron and ironing board would be a good addition?
  : The cleanliness of the property, mainly downstairs lounge and reception areas was disgusting. We understood the property was dog friendly, but didnt expect to see so much dog hair and experience smell of dogs. The carpet downstairs was badly stained and mats (entrance and kitchen) were covered in dog hairs and desperately need a deep clean, clumps of dog hair come up if you lightly brush the carpet. A number of cobwebs around the property, between furniture and ceiling just need a feather duster. All easy things to remedy and will make a better impression and experience for future guests. Blinds or curtains would be nice in lounge as on an evening with the large windows full view when you are relaxing isnt ideal. Freezer compartment broken and solid so not usable. Door keys temperamental, lower door lock didnt always lock, the Yale lock also difficult and covered with some sort of oil, so every time used the key had to be wiped so you didnt get on hands/ clothes. Although a great large wardrobe in one bedroom, would have been nice for a wardrobe in the double room. We were also aware of no garden currently, but as soon as this can be remedied will be an additional bonus, which we believe is work in progress? I have attached photos, will only allow one picture per room, so have used all 4 options for downstairs, we also have a video which doesnt allow me to upload.

  : Cottage very well situated. Lock box for keys didn't work but the front door was unlocked. Seating comfortable and sufficient, kitchen OK. Only 1 loo roll for 2 adults fir a week. No soap in the bathroom. Shower good, bathroom well appointed. Some carpets dirty. Leak through ceiling in a heavy rainstorm. Stairs steep and twisty, banister did not reach the top stair.

  : lovely cottage in lovely rural location, with easy access to Emsworth.
  : Lack of heating when it was -1degrees and not any useful help to resolve. The main radiator in the lounge didnt work at all. as previous comments door lock hard to open, old cobwebs still there. lack of manuals to assist using heating, microwave etc.
