  : Spacious room, very comfortable bed. A short walk to high street.

  : The room was lovely and comfortable. Food was lovely and the staff really friendly especially Luke my waiter for the evening.
  : The shower was bit small and for a new build thought they would have a shower door instead of curtain which was hugging me during my shower. Tv signal wasnt great so had to disconnect phone and no actual tv aerial so couldnt watch tv.

  : Bath tub to have a shower was high to climb into with no safety handle it would be very difficult for an elderly person to get in to

  : We were staying in the new building part of the hotel which was lovely and clean (as new), but no room service available as not in main part of hotel didnt get the choice when booking
  : You pay an extra 9.00 to park, but there are no guarantees there will be a space for you when you arrive or when you leave the car park and return. Also had breakfast (not pre booked), food absolutely lovely but had to wait over half hour for food and there needs to be a bit more direction from the staff in the restaurant as customers were having to ask what to do rather than being informed of the process from the waiting staff.

  : Bar closed for residents at midnight and no one to serve - receptionist said she was the only person in the hotel and couldnt leave reception / LIE!!!!! At 1.30am ish had a call from friends who couldnt get in there card wasnt working on no one was answering ?!?! My friend had to get out of bed (2nd floor) go down and let them in!?!?! The receptionist was hoovering the bar ?!?! so she could leave reception and it was all a lie! Never stayed in a hotel where you couldnt get a drink - ridiculous. Also we dined in the restaurant and couldnt find anyone so had to go knocking eventually on the kitchen door! There was the waiter chatting with another member of staff - very bad experience all round! Also no hot water until running the tap for 10 minutes!!!!Now looking to stay at the Premier Inn as this was such a bad experience.

  : Room 57 next to very busy and noisy road. Bed not comfortable.

  : Room was too hot even without heating being on. Apparently it is a common complaint from guests.

  : It was a nice looking place and the staff were very good
  : For the price I would expect breakfast included, I certainly wouldnt say its a 4 star place very tired looking rooms rooms could do with dredging up and especially the Barth room and being charged 114 for a 1 night stay and breakfast not included thats an extra 15 per person certainly not value for money and on top of that its 9 to park your car
