  : I was surprised to be asked for a cash deposit. Perhaps I missed this in the property description but it is certainly an unusual requirement in my experience. However, the deposit was refunded very efficiently. The apartment is close to a main road but there is hardly any road noise.

  : It was a lovely apartment, decor was nice, nice big tv, comfy bed, WiFi was ok, nice shower and bath, well equip kitchen
  : The instructions weren't very clear upon arrival, I wasn't sure where to park or how to get the keys. I spoke with the host, who guided me the way to the room. He then knocked on the door at 7:45pm (totally unexpected) to take payment which I found particularly strange. I do think it is overpriced ever so slightly though.

  : Breakfast was not provided but the surroundings were very nice and safe. The safe areas to walk and excise were very good even in winter time with Covid distances required Near walking distance grocery shops added to the needed safe surroundings under the lock-down circumstances.
  : The towels and bed linen need improvement to match the comfortable beds level. The sofa settee had oil stains and the dining table, chairs required cleaning as they were stained also Crockery , glasses and cutlery were not on the same standard need to be unified; (Plates, bowls and cups are very nice and go with the apartment decor)

  : Spacious, friendly helpful staff.
  : The apartment was on a very busy road, so there was traffic noise when the windows were open. It was the hottest day of the year, ordinarily probably not an issue.

Disappointing

  : the bathrooms were clean and the garage was handy
  : the air in the apartment was rather hot and the air conditioning device didnt work. the apartment was also quite dark because it was situated on the ground floor. Pots and pans in the kitchen were scratched so bad that using them felt like a health hazard. there was a self check in system but this was not told beforehand so we rushed to the apartment to be there on time only to realize that no one was going to be there to meet us.

  : Shower and bathroom were good.
  : Located on an extremely busy road which is not mentioned in any review. Whole flat smells damp and tobacco which is likely to be caused by no extractors working in the shower or bathroom.
