  : Location.
  : We were welcomed by an elderly man who could only be described as rude. Firstly we told him our names he went in the back where we could hear raised voices then came back to us and asked if we were a different name and we repeated our names. We were then told quite aggressively that we were not booked in there. I showed him the booking on my phone and eventually he said they had made a mistake. No apology!! He then took us to the room. We looked around and found there was a stain on the duvet. I went down and told him and he really went mad came to the room ranting that we could go if we didnt like it and threw the bedding out on the landing. We then said we did not want to go anywhere we were just giving him the opportunity to change the duvet cover. This was dealt with promptly by the mans son and a very nice lady. The elderly man should not have been allowed anywhere near customers. The room was not clean there was thick dust behind the bedside tables and chairs under the heating pipes. Never again. Thankfully we were in only booked in for one night. I also had bites on my face the next morning.!!!
