: Perfect location in Broadstairs. Lovely apartment with some nice touches. Very spacious for 2 people. Nice courtyard off bedroom and good kitchen. Clean and comfortable bed / bedroom.
: The very steep steps with locked gate would not be to everyone's liking although no problem for the fit / able-bodied. The bathroom is starting to look a little tired, some flaking paint. Extract fan needs a good clean, covered in fluff.

: The host was so very helpful, quick to respond to queries and accessible at the property when needed. The location is superb, right on the lovely Broadstairs seafront. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with a very cute balcony. We had a short but enjoyable stay and plan to return. Thank you!

: location was the only thing going for this accommodation. Had to vacate the property after one night due to the fact my husband could not manage the stairs due to the fact he is recovering from surgery. Description of accommodation incorrect not mentioning it was in a basement.
: Not suitable for people with mobility issues. Very dangerous stone stairs down to basement. Accommodation smelt of damp. Towels were like cardboard, pillows had lumps in. Not clean. Very disappointing as we were celebrating our 54th wedding anniversary.
