  : Host was great. Space was good. Kitchen fully functional and TV etc.
  : Sofa wasnt the cleanest. Lamps on floor was odd and felt a little worn. Could do with a paint and deep clean. Cracks on walls and mould shower could be sorted. One of the beds blocked a door so felt cramped. But spaces were good.

  : It was easy to locate and nice location to beach, lots of shops around. Very big property and high ceilings makes it unique. Bus stop just opposite to the house and clean kitchen and bathroom. Parking is closer but only for 4hrs and also nearest cheaper one was closed.
  : Bed in one of the room was so noisy and bumpy, cleaning staff would have cleaned a bit more as dust was there around the sofa. Sofa had a questionable stain. May be a little update is needed. Spent 30 on parking was a bit more than expected. A bit noisy as its on the main road.

  : The location was good. We were offered an upgrade as there was a plumbing issue in the property we booked.
  : Plumbing issue plus sharp screws on beds. Showers wouldnt switch off completely. Had to turn off water at mains to stop the flow. Cut my leg on sharp screws joining bed. No where to hang anything anywhere.

  : we were offered another flat which was a lot smaller , didnt have enough beds so 2 of our group had to sleep on a hard futon and uncomfortable sofa. the flat wax also 250 cheaper but we were not reimbursed that amount!!

  : the sitting room is spacious with high ceiling, and the rest of rooms are newly decorated ( except window), nice staff
  : 1:the room that got double-bed in, the window is very dated and when wind blowed made lots of noise in the night 2: this apartment have lots of stairs and room located in different floors, which quite challenging for small children3: quite far from Brighton train station
