  : nothing good to report at this accommodation perhaps we was the unlucky ones and got the bad room ? the photos on the booking site are very misleading as we never saw any balcony's with sea view. Beware Car parking at the nearest car park was 38 for 24 hrs it cost us 175 in total for 5 days parking and that was moving the car around to cheaper car parks. The keys are difficult to get and return.
  : Very tired apartment WINDOW BLINDS : in all rooms are '' filthy'' with broken gaps and broken pull strings so can't be used as required. COOKER HOOD : fan not working. FRIDGE ICED : UP unusable as door will not close BATHROOM : door hinges rusty / bathroom often smells damp suspect fan is not working. TOWELS : there is no heated towel rail and no control over any of the heating in the apartment the towels just hang around wet longer than usual. CARPET in hallway was filthy / but was just cleaned. SECURITY : MAIN ENTRANCE : door into the foyer of the building is constantly insecure as the lock sticks ( rough sleepers on steps most nights) And for us two ladies its a concern. CORRIDOR : area is smelly (poor ventilation) DECOR : Stains on several walls - needs a good freshen up TV : can only be watched on catch up (internet) no live tv ?

  : Brilliant location close to the pier and very central, nice clean apartment, TV supports Netflix & Prime, prompt responses from owner, good cooking facilities.
  : Can be a bit loud from nearby pubs on weekends, but it didn't affect our sleep or our toddler's sleep (white noise apps are enough to block it out). A few dodgy types outside the building at night, but I didn't see any trouble.

  : The location. In the Lanes but near the sea and my course
  : Access was via 3 key coded areas, the first of which were very dark. As a single female traveller I did feel quite uncomfortable and unsafe. I doubt if this would be an issue in the summer months. Once inside the building and into my apartment its was great

  : Excellent location. Easy hassle free key collection and drop off. Was cold when we arrived, text to the management company was answered quickly and issue resolved.
  : Sofa bed was not particularly comfortable, although this is a known issue with most sofa beds, also new pillows required. Window frames needed some cleaning and maintenance. Batteries needed replacing in wall clock and remote controls.

  : Having to get key and drop key off from a store quite a long walk away. Was awkward with luggage and unsure of exactly where we were going.
