  : Great location, very close to beach, shops, city centre. Property was clean, host was polite and helpful. Would stay again.
  : Property lacked a few things: no bathroom shower/floor mat for feet or to help stop floor from getting wet. No hand towel(s) for the bathroom, no ironing board for the iron, no toaster. Only two bath towels could, have done with extras.

  : The location was great. You can tell that when they first decorated the flat it would have been stunning
  : Unfortunately the facilities aren't the same as the pictures. There was 3 beds crammed into one room. The sofas were different, there was two (dirty) fold out sofa beds which were stained and very uncomfortable to sit on. There was only one pint glass in the cupboard, a few mugs and a loads of shot glasses. The walls and skirtings were all scuffed and dirty. And the entrance looks like it hasn't been hovered in months. Which is surprising because I got told a few times that a 'professional clean/er' was included in the price and was charge 60 for it :/ don't think so. All in all it was just a bit disappointing.. more of a used party house than a designer 1 bed :(

  : Overall the property had consistent ground in dirt, scuff marks and chips taken out of the walls. The shower, although lovely, didnt fully stop water getting out and into the bathroom hence there are lots of rusted and limescale areas down low as well as dirt throughout.Broken toilet seat and bathroom cabinet was propped closed with an empty toilet roll holder as the hinge was broken (I will say these were fixed quickly for us once we complained but you shouldnt have to contact the owner to fix these) No bath mat or extra toilet rolls were provided or many kitchen amenities like cups/glassesThe bedroom was advertised with 1 double bed in however upon arrival there were three beds crammed in to the roomSofa advertised isnt the sofa we had (rock hard sofa bed instead) Cleaning team hadnt even finished cleaning by the time we arrived (still had to do the floors) Dirty towels with fountain marks on them Just genuine disappointment as this was not the property that was advertised and upon complaining to the host they stated yes you are right we havent updated the pictures in a while

  : The location was excellent, walking distance to everything, considering how central the property was is was quiet at night The living space was large and the shower was good
  : The bedroom had a double bed and 2 single beds squeezed into it, it was just my husband and I and the 2 single beds were the only ones dressed and they were very soft There were only 2 towels a bath mat and a dish towel not really enough, we had to use one for hand drying in the bathroom and share the other

  : The shower amenities so we did not have to buy our own, we asked for a fan, provided one but we had to build it ourselves(!). Location central and excellent right next to The Lanes, no extra charge for our dog and overall affordable place.
  : No change of or back up towels, nowhere to hang them to dry (visited on a hot week for sea swim with constant usage), only ONE toilette roll for all three days of our stay, found a big kitchen knife on the floor behind one of the beds (wonder how was it unoticed so far), also noticed many dirty corners and messy cupboards it did not look properly cleaned and thats a big minus esp during covid time. The bedroom overlooked the downstairs restaurants' roof extractor, so bad view and noisy, not the place for naps as bedding was also uncomfortable.

  : Location was good
  : So difficult to bring luggage up the flight of stairs and no warning of this. Also an issue with the boiler with no instructions how to turn the heating on, it was freezing. Also a few issues, water leaking from the boiler, fridge door doesnt close if you open the cupboard next to it 1st, faulty light in the shower too.

  : noisy due to fan extractor from restaurant below starting up very early in the morning to late hours of the night. sleep was difficult due to this.
