  : The apartment was ideally situated for exploring "the Lanes"; also close to the beach, pier and promenade. The facilities in the apartment were of a good quality and in good condition. The bedrooms were of a good size and the lounge/diner/kitchen was good.
  : Finding the apartment was a nightmare!! It needs a large sign on the outside wall indicating were the entrance is( we walked past it 3 times and the proprietor of a shop almost next door didn't know that it was there! Even knowing where the flat was, we couldn't get the car to it( for unloading/loading) because Google maps couldn't get you there-it indicated that you had to walk. Finding car parking in Brighton is a no no. I recommend that you don't go by car, and when you arrive take a taxi! 24 hour parking in a carpark outside of the centre( cheapest option) was 23. The shower head holder needs fixing-you had to hold the shower in your hand. The loo is in such a place that anyone over 5ft 7"(170 cms) would need to sit "side saddle".

  : Only negative and owners can't do much about this is when sleeping in the front bedroom and having the winow open in the heat, the homeless seem to bed down in the street under the window and were actually noisy and disturbing your sleep with chatting and bottles.

  : The property is in good location. The flat was beautiful, comfortable, spotless clean and very well equipped.
  : It was in the 2nd floor, no elevator and I had to carry by bag up alone. I should have been told as it was bad for my knee as I just had a minor surgery 2 month ago. The heater was not working the first couple of days although I sent a message to the property management but as I ran into the lady who cleans the building, she managed to bring the maintenance man immediately who fixed it for me.A lot of codes to remember for 3 access doors, which was a problem when I forgot my mobile inside the property as I had no access without the codes.

  : Location is excellent, just a few mins walk to the pier and 10/15 minutes to the lanes. Lots of bars and food options available very close by. The beds are comfy and the kitchen has everything you need for a short stay. Hosts were available for questions and prompt to respond.
  : Property uses code locks, which doesn't feel 100% secure. It's quite loud in the apartment, with a fair amount of street noise and the blinds are not adequate so the sun comes in the sides in the mornings. The shower is not powerful, but it is very hot.
