: We stays as a family of 4 half board. The room was ok. Nice and quiet. The food was ok but they didn’t seem to know what the kids could eat as part of the half board. Check in and check out was easy and we had the restaurant to ourselves. Buffet breakfast was good as always although I had to wait ages for my porridge.
: The pool was freezing and we only had a tiny section of the pool as we were only allowed in the family area and there were quite a few families. The menu was very limited of what we could have as the half board, I struggled to even pick anything and they didn’t seem to know what the kids could eat. I know this is not the hotels fault but because the pool was freezing, I wanted to go in the jacuzzi to warm up but when I looked across a young couple were in there and the girl was picking the boys spots and then washing her fingers off in the water. Mortified! I didn’t go in the jacuzzi

: The staff were super helpful, the bed was extremely comfortable and the room had air conditioning which was helpful as I was using the room to get ready for my wedding and it was very muggy outside.
: You can get dropped off right outside but once you’ve parked your car, there’s quite a lot of steps to climb which might be difficult if you’ve got mobility problems or a lot of things to bring into the hotel.

Very Poor

  : Parking
: We booked for 3 nights put checked out the following morning and booked another hotel in the town. Bad food and dirty room holes in the towels.

Poor

: getting a parking ticket from the hotel for having a car, they knew I had the car when I checked in but ticketed me after I left and would not drop the ticket. There is no charge for parking but ticketed me as if I parked there and was not a guest of the hotel. people at the front dedsk never answer the phone. I would go to the desk and they would be standing around talking while the phones are ringing and did not answer it so I had to walk to the desk every time I needed something.

Very Good
Traveller Type: family with young children
  : Very child friendly
: Pool was unexpectedly closed even though we had booked

Disappointing
Traveller Type: family with young children
: Nothing to like. Dark car park no ramps, not buggy friendly. Not family friendly.
: Very poor service. Staff charged me almost 3 times on my card by mistake and then just refunded the same amount with no apology. Then charged the full correct amount again wtf
