  : The room was clean. Fresh towels daily. There were facilities for tea and coffee in the room and there is a hair dryer in the room. This hotel is central for the town and you go to the end of the street and you are on the sea front. The breakfast was really nice too.
  : It is in need of an update. It wasn't a problem for us as it was only a place to sleep at night.

  : Needs updating badly beds & towels clean food excellent and staff friendly but , Black mould in the bathrooms and Ruby needs a good painting and carpets are filthy

  : I asked for gluten and meat free food when l booked online also double checked when l arrived the lady said yes we have your request. I was told at breakfast l should have requested gf/veg on booking they could get a delivery the day after l checked out!The dining area was dirty, saucers and table mats were stuck to the sticky tables.I refused the first room offered to me in my opinion it wasn't fit for purpose the second room was slightly better both had dirty carpets, sticky door handles, remote control, dirty window sills, the shower was held together by black tape, toilet roll was slanted, toilet seat was offset by over an inch it rocked around when trying to use it. The sink tap dripped all night. All the paintwork was dirty most of it hadn't been completed. I have never seen such a disgraceful hotel l paid £85 to sleep on the bed because l didn't think it was clean, l couldn't sleep due to feeling itchy in such a dirty environment, l didn't feel safe with all the noise from the bar and people going to their rooms. From 7.30 - 11.30 PM l could hear several people having sex in various rooms.. A total rip off don't go!!!!!!!

  : Absolutley vulgar hotel. Paintwork over bed headboards was scratched and dirty, carpets were disgusting, we had to baracade the room door with a pub chair that was in the room from 3 women who woke the entire place up at 1 30am this morning, that frightened my 15 year old son to death.

  : It's a 2 star. Expect a 2 star and no more. Room by the extract from the kitchen so everything in the room including our cloths smelled of food.
