  : the communication from the spinney was inadequate,had to send any messages via whats app,which i did ,no reply from them for the booking for my stay,so i called them on the whats app number ,they answered and because the booking was for my friends staying there and i was arranging for them ,the owner asked me to send his mobile number so he could send the code to get in ,other people outside the property still waiting for there code too,so after doing this my friend was still waiting for the code to his phone ,had to ring the owner again and said no code had been sent to his phone ,he said ive sent it ,so more waiting outside for the code, another phone call to the owner about the non existent code .waited 5 minutes and the code was sent to my phone not my friends ,just another note the checkout time says by 10am for check out ,on the morning of departure ,my friends say that at 0830 there was a knock on there door and as they were asleep,did not answer,then the cleaner entered the room to clean it ,not acceptable at all .and there was only 1 pillow for 2 people. this needs adressing from who ever runs it .

  : Location. We did not like anything else so not possible to comment. Not as promised; website was misleading.
  : Key code was not sent. Locked outside in the cold for half an hour. Eventually let in by staff member who did not speak English. No heating in room, only one chair, one mug, no cold water, bed felt damp. Very disappointed and upset. Not worth the price we paid and should have some refund!

  : Room was freezing on arrival despite giving notice of arrival time. Had a little one so hard to keep her warm after washing her as tiles freezing under footBed sheets and towels felt old and well worn

  : Nothing was likeable at this property.
  : The bed, the smell, the shower, the towel, the wrong code to open the door sent, an finally the numbers provided on confirmation did not connect. All rejected. So I had to sit in the car for over an hour trying to get in touch with booking.com to send a message saying I was unable to get in. Finally they sent a WhatsApp txt asking when I was arriving!!! Bloody cheek. I was going to a funeral Tuesday so I was very troubled by the time I got to the funeral. Not an experience I want again

  : Our room had very weak WiFi. We couldn't use it.
