  : Great location, clean, comfortable and spacious well equipped room. Debbie who did the check in was great and really helpful.
  : There is no getting away from the fact the hotel needs to be redecorated. if you can see past that though it’s a beautiful / interesting old building in a great location.

  : The help that staff gave to help me. It is off season and staff were short but they did everything they could to mitigate problems. They 'phoned me the day before my travel to check details and on the day of travel kept me updated on how they would work to make my arrival easy. They also gave local information about places to visit and eat including relative cost.The location is great as I need walking from the train station. The downside is it's 25-meters from the main train line with noise.
  : The hotel is old and it shows in the infrastructure. Cracked paint, tepid water in the washbasin and a shower unit that fell apart on first use. I put the shower back together and it's temperature was O.K. Having staff on-site only in the mourning during the off season wasn't a problem but could be.
