  : Happy with the price of the room.Location- close to the centre and pier.Clean bathroom and beds. Good size room.Available car spaces each time.Friendly staffDidn't have breakfast so cant comment on that.
  : The car park is too expensive at £12 per day. Especially as people who aren't staying at the hotel just park there for free as long as they like. I know this because one bashed and dented my car door with theirs and when they came back they just drove off at 11pm. (Seen from third floor window). The door to the stairs, people for some reason shut it wrong and it causes it to bang instead of slow close so all you hear all night is it banging which woke us up. The pool was clean but there was too much chlorine in it. Not a deep pool.Breakfast cost seems a little steep.On booking.com it says breakfast is £12 but when you get there it's £9 so maybe booking.com take £3 per person per day. No idea.

  : The restaurant and pool and location
  : Bleach stained floor, with other stains, booked double room for 2 adults there was 1 extra bed in room, once we complained the room was upgraded, however new room had vanity chair with nail sticking out which I hurt myself on, the manager accused my partner of being rude to her when he found her dismisses to our complaint.

  : It was near shops & town & beach & Park
  : The room was tiny & very very hot & stuffy to the point we could hardly breath , no air conditioning no fans until the 2nd day in , even got one of the workers to come in room to see how bad it was .swimming pool very cloudy & tiles around swimming pool was dark brown with filth , sauna not working , jacuzzi not working . Car park not enough parking for all guests had to park off site . The rooms & hotel looked nothing like what they did on pics on booking.com completely let down by this, it was a dump .definitely not the value for money , won't be returning.

  : The staff was not friendly enough, I asked for a fan and they gave lame excuses that other customers had broken it, and the lift was in a dangerous condition. Very hard to find parking. The room is ok for a night but not more than this, not comfortable, bedsheets are too rough for the body.I wouldn't recommend the place, especially for poor customer service.
