  : Well, where to start. As a contractor, I've stayed in some terrible hotels, there is only 1 I can think of that was worse than this one, but it was only £40 a night compared to this £125 a night...The staff - the guy in the day of checkout was a nice bloke, polite. The guy who checked us in wasn't.The room - no aircon working, stains on the bed sheet, smell of damp, blood/boggie on the wall and a partially broken door.The bathroom - extract fan wasn't working so it smelled of and was damp. The shower, well, the selector to change from the tap to the shower didn't engage fully, the shower water was tepid and the tap water scolded my trotters. Other info - you have to pay for parking and WiFi, at £125 a night this is very poor. I had 2 rooms booked and both were very similar.

  : we all found it hard to sleep because or how hot it was despite the windows open. in one of the bedrooms the curtains couldnt shut properly. the bathroom did not shut.

  : Rooms were dated. Beds were small, I'm 5'2" and I fit snugly, my husbands feet were hanging over the edge. Wardrobe was screwed shut, was just for show, so no clothes storage and no iron, unless I wanted to use a communal one in the hallway that looked like it was older than me. Bathroom was so tiny, I couldn't sit properly on toilet because my knees hit the bath, had to sit sideways so imagine my husband! Despite advertising breakfast available, we got there and was advised "no kitchen"... Nice touch. Also advertised 24 hour front desk. But we're equally advised the man went to "his room" at 11pm.so we were told to memorise a code otherwise we would be locked out! Lounge and bar area was small and tv behind bar..not really relaxing.

  : The bedding was cleanThere were fresh towels on the bedsBeds were comfortableLittle sachets of shampoo and body wash were a nice touch.The location to Bournemouth sea and centre were good.
  : The price was ridiculous for room only - £200, once we got there we were informed they were not doing any food so no breakfast. The bathroom was not clean with dirty sink, toilet and windows. The door had a temperamental lock meaning we could not always get the key out of the door unless we wiggled it.

  : Very run down.Food from previous guests in drawers of bedroom.Mould in bathroom Signs everywhere telling you what you can’t do and how you could be charged even more money as well as asking guests not to ask about air conditioning as this had been disconnected a long time ago or about water pressure.Having to pay extra for WiFi and parking

  : We were told on arrival that breakfast wouldn't be served
  : Room drab and very small, furniture in need of a good polish. Bathroom plug holes in need of scouring. No slip mat in the bath. I asked for one but was told that Health & Safety doesn't allow them!!! Odd to say the lease. Also only two tea and coffee sachets. Lift didn't work and my husband has difficulty climbing the stairs.

  : The property is located walking distance from everything The beach is less than 5minute walk the town centre is 10min walk Location is great
  : Due to staffing issues no food was available which was a shame as the restaurant looks great, they do recommend another hotel for breakfast,lunch and dinner.You have to pay for parking I think hotel quest should get it free .You need to ask for the room to be cleaned
