  : Location perfect ,but utility was not good we were expected the property is provided with electricity but unfortunately is not and ,we had to pay 10 pound to it and other think I want to add is were poor facilities in the kitchen not pan at all for fring,and the pan the host wich is provided it was so poor and dirty

  : The flat should not be advertised for 5 people. It is a small flat suitable max 3. The position of the bathroom makes it hard for people who would sleep in the living room to use. It needs more attention to cleaning.

  : Bathroom was too small, no proper pictures on the Internet just to check before booking. Incorrect house number was given by booking.com and had to wait outside for sometime to know the correct house number.Pictures shown on booking.com were misleading

  : The tenant upstairs is not to friendly and even post a note about the door we forgot to close just once and even noted that their are the one that renting there long term, is there a difference in law about short and long term renting?

  : I liked that everything was there like at home. All was clean and good. We had hot water clean shower and toilet cooker microwave oven toaster washing machine dishwasher kettle all crockery and cutlery pans cups. Nothing was missing in this home away from home. There were board games Tv wifi enough beds and bedding and towels all nice and clean. There was hand soap and washing up liquid. There was little patio to have some breakfast outside with lovely flowers. Keys were easy to collect. No problems. Property is close to the sea city centre and restaurants. You can walk everywhere as it is 10-15 min. away. Shop with all basics is 2 min. away. Also it is good that there was cleaning service included in the price. We were reassured that place is clean (especially in covid times) and also it was nice not to worry about cleaning when we were leaving. We still left place tidy and in a good order. Just a piece of mind that someone else will do the good cleaning.
  : Parking was difficult and pricey but close. Not much You can do about it. We managed to park in front of the property for few nights for free. But residents weren't happy that somebody parked there. Could be good to get a map of the closest car park and price beforehand. We could avoid going arround few times. Electricity...should be included in the price. It is 2.50 per day plus car park 10...We may make another choice knowing that per night it is 137.50 not 125. However we didn't want to think too much about it as we came to relax...but this is how people are tricked. Main thing for me was not responding for emails that I send. I did sent 2 before we arrived. One on the day and one day earlier. Even when I was promissed response...that never happened. Nor from agency nor from the owner. I did send another 2 emails day before we left and also those weren't responded to. I did call the number that was listed as the number for the owner but that number wasn't right...no connection. Luckly there was no emergency otherwise nobody could help us. That is a big downside.
