  : I booked three rooms for five family members, and all of them were extremely happy with their stay. They said the breakfast was great and the rooms were very good.
  : One of the rooms was booked with disabled access / facilities as this was needed for a family member who is disabled. The day before they arrived I received two calls from the hotel, which I missed. I called back and when I was connected to reception the person disconnected the call just as I started to speak. I was not impressed by this and neither could I be bothered to try again so I told my mother - since it was her and other family members that were staying there - and she then called the hotel herself to find out what the issue was. Later, she told me the staff asked if they could take away the disabled access room as it was needed for someone else! My mother naturally said no because it was needed by my family member. I was so shocked. I booked the disabled access room because we needed it, and the hotel tried to take it away from us! Really bad way to treat people and I was not impressed by this at all. Maybe the staff think people book disabled access rooms for fun, who knows...

  : Food quality and range excellent. Staff friendly and responsive. Located at top of a steep incline but well served by public transport for those who need it.
