  : Everything, there were no staff on arrival just a bunch of room keys on counterWhen we did find a member of staff she spoke little English and then we saw no more staff for the whole two days apart from a lad who came in th morning to switch things on in dining roomPlace is terrible and dirty and run downShouldnt be allowed to tradePics and reviews on booking are all false and outdated

  : The only plus was clean bed linen and towels.
  : Very run down. Nothing really working well. Lights wired up wrong in bedroom. No bath room light for whole stay even though reported. Plug socket held together with tape. Tap in bathroom wouldnt switch off properly every time. Shower rail fell apart. Blinds had sash from window hanging through. Breakfast very poor with only white bread and watered down orange and boiled eggs. Water urn was plugged in to an extension lead trailing across floor for someone to trip on. No one manning reception apart from a guy who you rang and came over from the shop down the road

  : The location was good for us and what we wanted to do
  : We were not informed of the 10 parking fee on top of what we had already paid.No Heating In room, when I informed the manager he said he would bring a portable heater, when we arrived back around 11pm no heater was put in there and no one around to speak to.Bedside lamp not workingOnly 1 working socket out of 6No lock on bathroom( family room).Broken toilet seat.No light in the shower and very darkNo milk or spoon with "tea facilities". And had to plug kettle in on the floor at foot of bed as only working socket.Bent chrome on open wardrobe wall thing.Appears to be missing towel rail from bathroom.Curtains hanging off, not closing fully.Terrible decor with bits of ceiling missing and cracks all over the walls.Breakfast consisted of toast cereal and a bowl of boiled eggs, not the cooked breakfast we expected, and the ceiling had paint falling from it in the dining roomFeels like a poorly maintained hostel, the pictures on your site are night and day to what it looked like, we had a very cold damp night as it was so cold, with 2 children this is not acceptable, I understand this is a budget place but I feel that these conditions were not acceptable for any human to stay in and strongly suggest you go and stay in room 35 and judge for yourself

  : Locations was great, from the outside of the building it looked fantastic
  : Property inside was quite dated, main lights didnt work in the bedroom, no staff on hand. No breakfast available during our stay.

  : Want some money back first no bar and no cooked breakfast this is what I paid for also no hot water had to tell the owner so he switched it back on again took over 2 hours to get warm

  : breakfast was not a full english as advertised on site, rooms were no were like they was advertised on site, mucky, broken locks, mangerment so unpolite would not recomeend at all
