  : Good location.
  : We stayed three nights, once in a double room and two nights in a family room. When we arrived the manger in charge was drinking with others and appeared drunk. He gave us our keys without even confirming if we were indeed who we claimed to be. The keys were on the bar and we picked up our keys before he had even stood up because he was still drinking. The double room we were put into was hot, cramped, smelt like urine, and had black mould on the wall. The bed was hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.The following night we transferred to a family room. This room had a tv hanging off the wall waiting to fall, with visible screws. During the evening the lights blew, and it took a while for the manager to come back with an extra beside lamp with no shade as a “fix”.The following morning, the was no hot water from the shower. I went down to find the manager and there was a mobile number to contact him. He didn’t answer. I called the alternative numbers. One for was for another hotel who had no idea why their number was there as a contact. The manger eventually appeared, hungover. Another member of staff came up to the room and claimed the luke warm water coming from the shower was hot and basically accused me of lying. He then shrugged and left, ignoring me as I also pointed out the dangerously precarious tv.I spoke to the manager again and only after I mentioned the possibility of another room with working lights did he even acknowledge that would be a possibility. He did not contact me again until 4pm whilst we had pre booked Blackpool attractions to attend, suggesting that a room swap would be possible. We were busy and this was left as a voicemail. When we arrived back and just wanted to go to our room and leave as soon as possible the next day he tried contacting us again at 10:30pm. I said that a room swap at this point was irrelevant and ended the call. We will not be returning and would personally encourage others to avoid this hotel at all costs.

  : Albert on reception was very welcoming.
  : Both rooms were very poor with significant damp which needs to be addressed. No toiletries / hairdryer as described. Big crack across mirror. Lamp not working. Loose lock on door. Unable to open window in one of the rooms.

  : Situated in the gay village so exceptional location
  : Room door not secure, toilet door didn't close properly with no lock, hole in wall, ripped lampshade, broken floorboards, damp on walls, dirty floors, It was cheap but was not expecting it to be this bad after reading the reviews

  : Location was close to the train station. Cheap and cheerful rooms, host accommodating.
  : One room had a very tiny bathroom not really suitable for tall adults and the mattresses were a little hard.

  : Disgustingly unclean. Tv was almost in the ceiling and didn’t work, wifi didn’t work, blood stains on the pillow, dirty stains on the mattress, no mattress or pillow protectors in use. Walls were disgusting, black marks and spill marks everywhere. Shower head was black with limescale build up. The guy that checked us in appeared drunk on arrival, there were a few people hanging out by the front door drinking, very drunk and intimidating each time we entered or left the building. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy

  : Booked in by another guest, never saw any staff, hotel old and needing updated, room facilities, TV didn't work, shower took ages before hot water.Room didn't seem secure, lock only help on with 2 screws, fire alarm in room appeared disconnected, with no cover on it.
