  : Food still in oven tray,dirty fridge.Tap nearly fell off in kitchen.Wires hanging out from tv.Tv didn't work.Had Netflix but wouldn't play.Bathroom sink leaked.Sofas are the most uncomfortable things ever.Was very cold in there.Marks all over the walls.Bath panel held on by tape.

  : clean apartment, we was given a room on ground floor with garden so we could take our dog and let her out for toilet which was great service, kitchen was fully equipped, good location
  : the 2 sofa beds was uncomfortable in living room but the double bed room was nice, apartment had been freshly painted so smelt like paint for the full stay, and the outside of the apartment wasnt attractive but inside was okay and clean, so didnt bother us too much

  : There was 3 of us staying in the apartment in Blackpool Charles street flat 1 and we are lucky the others couldnt make it as there was not enough bedding.There was several things wrong and I will never be returning nor will I recommend this place. All the walls have so many marks on them they all need a complete re paint, the window is broken and needs closing from the outside so the apartment is freezing at night, the cups werent washed, the bathroom is a state, the shower wasnt cleaned properly, the mattress needs replacing, you can feel every spring, I have never slept so bad, the WiFi barley works,the door Handel for the bathroom doesnt even work it just comes straight off, the door doesnt lock properly anyone could come in,the bedding had a funny smell like theyd been left for ages, overall this place was a disappointment and I will not be staying again, the cleaners came for the other apartment while we were there and they did 2 apartments is 30 minutes, I work in a b and b and it takes 30 minutes to clean one room let alone an apartment.

  : Got locked out on the first night 2 people tried the key and the door would not open. Had to sleep elsewhere.The bed mattress was so bad 1 of us ended up sleeping on the sofa. The mattress sunk and springs could be felt.The kitchen tap was fully floating.The bath panel was broken and taped up.The hallway smelt of damp.There were no normal TV channels and WiFi was intermittent. There was a cable hanging out of TV.The bathroom tap was partly broken.There was no wardrobe and due to this our clothes had to be hung in the lounge on our own hangers.

  : The service was not there when tv /Netflix didn't work. Different explanation and the worst was i was "restassured" someone would come at my specific time. No one came, no sms and no mail. When booking was involved it was said both tv and Netflix was ok even though they were told "20"times that Netflix only loaded to 25% and nothing!!!!!
