  : No breakfast,no refund offered,even though only book breakfast included,given wrong room for 2nd party,1 double for 2 single men instead of triple room paid extra for,telly not tuning in,no WiFi code in room.Only saw 1 member of staff,polite,but not helpful.

  : We paid for bed and breakfast and there was no breakfast when advised we were told that we weren't losing anything! If I pay for bed and breakfast I expect a breakfast. The bed was all springs and uncomfortable and the rooms were cold. Our toilet was outside our room on the landing.
  : The hotel smelt of weed. And not very fresh almost musky. Also called when we arrived into Blackpool to try and put in our cases in and no one answered. We went back to the hotel to check in at 6pm to have to wait half an hour for someone to show up to let us into the property. Need to learn to run a hotel properly. Not a very good experience at all.

  : Was late checking in because the room wasn't ready, room was dirty and smelt the bed sheet was damp and dirty and had rips in it the bathroom smelt of sewage toilet wasn't fitted to the floor the sink was in the room what didn't have waste pipe fitted in so when we washed my hand water was all on the carpet and to finish off when we check in she told use they was no breakfast because the cooker was broken but didn't get money back from paying for it

  : There was nothing.
  : Where do I start. Walked in and there was a funny smell, got our room key, went into our room and the smell off it I can only describe as rotten sick, bedframe very loose and bent, a bunk bed and another single bed in there. The bunk bed was bent aswell and unsafe, there was food on the walls, half eaten food on the floor, snot on the walls. The wallpaper and paint was peeling and hanging off. There was mould in the room and in the toilet. When flushing the toilet it leaked and created a puddle by the shower. The top of the toilet didn't fit properly and didn't flush properly either. There was mould on the bottom of the curtain and all over the tiles. The curtains in the room didn't close properly and there was a problem with the seals on the windows. The radiator was bent and extremely unsafe. Was told that breakfast was included it had a sign saying breakfast served between 9am-9:30am we went down at 9am and waited no one opened up for breakfast there was a another family there waiting aswell. Tried to contact and couldn't get through. Was waiting on both days and no one came both days. No explanation given or could even find anyone. Had to go out and buy toilet roll because only half a roll was provided and couldnt find anyone to ask.
