  : Absolutely nothing! Do not stay here! The pictures are not of the current state of the property!
  : The property was awful. Absolutely not as advertised the ceiling was peeling away, the rooms were dirty. Our booking had been duplicated and they refused to refund one of our bookings and instead told booking.com we didnt turn up so we got charged again! When we complained to the hotel owner she called the police and told her wed threatened her with knives and were being threatening. Absolutely not true when I did not once even raise my voice. Police made up stay in our room until the situation was resolved, the owner harassed a young man so much. She kept knocking on his door after he complained saying he was violent when we listened to their whole conversation and not once was he violent. Come morning hed had enough he stormed out and the window in the door smashed, they called the police and had him arrested! A total of 6 guests left the property due to the state of it, every other guest requested a refund!We were also told we couldnt eat or drink in our room, but they had no communal space to eat or drink! There is no reception, you walk straight into the hallway and up the stairs to the rooms

  : Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner finishing up some jobs in the apartment, one being painting fresh black paint all over the bathroom, this was surprising as check in was from 3pm and we didnt arrive until 6 ish so there was plenty of time to finish up what they were doing before we arrived. This meant we had to deal with wet paint in the bathroom and random puddles of purple paint on the floor that we had to tread around as to not spread it. The room had a very potent scent and felt damp everywhere. There was mould growing all over the place, from the ceilings, beds, sofa etc. The room didnt look like it had been tided what so ever when we arrived. There was a dishwasher, washing machine and freezer randomly placed unplugged in the room, there was random items scattered all around the room and kitchen like paint cans, old shoes, and fridge drawers. There was bare plaster and plaster board, which shows how unfinished the room was. The window in the kitchen looked into the shower. The bed sheets smelt awful and there was multiple blood looking stains on all of them. The bed sheets also felt wet. We were promised 1 double bed, 3 bunk beds and 1 sofa bed. There was no double bed. Randomly placed, out of date fire extinguishers. Taped up fire alarm. There was live wires dangerously hanging off the walls in the kitchen. There was nails sticking out of the bathroom door. A bar area with several filthy glasses. The ceilings were caving in and peeling dew to dampness. There was rodent bait in the kitchen. The whole place was extremely dirty and not what was showed in the pictures when booking. We have taken photos of everything for evidence.

  : The shower door was broken, and the windows weren't safe to open door eas tricky to open the 2 rooms was 270. You charged me 217 now ur chasing me for it you wasn't around when we needed to leave to hand you the keys back

  : The mouldy radiator and ceilings, the uncomfortable beds, towels had an awful smell & the bedding was dirty on arrival and wasnt changed the whole time we were there.

  : Room appeared like a brothel. Was put in a room with private on the door with key code. Decorated black and purple very badly paint splashed everywhere, 4 beds as booked, garden and office furniture in the room. Fireplace with pile of ash in. Received a text before arriving about paying a 40 deposit, as honest people we gave this on arrival without being asked. Upon leaving owner no where to be seen at all, contacted all numbers and none even ringing through. Checked around all building to find an elderly man in the private room next door to us who did not speak English, spent around 1 hour looking around trying to contact owner. Cameras in the hall way. Left property then decided to return to leave the key to our friends room, upon returning the owner and his partner arrived back and we asked him for the deposit back said he can check the room if he wishes. Room checked and happy they went into their private room and locked the door (this door has been open our whole stay). Gave him 5 minutes then we knocked and made him come out and bank transfer the deposit as he clearly had spent the cash we had gave him and was hoping we would not be wanting it back. Money received but if we had not persevered with this we would not have got it. Did us for the weekend stay but very very poor appearance compared to other rooms and service terrible.
