  : Location excellent and carparking good, if needed. Wifi also excellent
  : Whilst we asked for an early check in at midday, we didn't get all the information until 12.50. By this stage we were at the property and discovered the key was 10min walk away. We complained about this, it was addressed and our £20 early check in fee(!!!!) was wavered. The apartment is tired (but clean, although significant mould in bathroom and smelly common area). Value for money was very poor and I would recommend going to hotels close by which are comparable in cost and easier in all respects. In all my booking.com reviews, this is the worst I've ever done

  : Excellent Location very central to the city
  : Shower wasnt great as very low pressure and fan in bathroom made a loud noise , coffee machine and condiments was not offered as per the images.

  : It was just as we needed to have separate bedroom from living room, the building is a bit old but things worked and we felt comfortable for a short stay.
  : If you are driving in and out then it could be a bit hard to find on the map but if you are walking, there is a door shortcut straight to the busy area with restaurants etc. The key collection is about 10mins walk from the property, again if you are arriving late at night then it’s a bit of a pain, I hope they can consider setting up a key box right at the property.

  : The location was excellent, right next to the mailbox with a door from the pedestrian walkway into Kings Court. (Wish we knew it was accessible before we walked around the block - it is never locked so you can access without keys) It was great to have a separate living and sleeping space and lots of room for the two of us. The kitchen was well stocked with UHT milk, coffee and sugar. There was even some pasta, oil and seasonings.
  : Very minor points - there were only 2 mugs (ok for us but meant you had to make sure that after every use mugs were washed straight away) - the table and chairs are very flimsy (again not an issue for us but couldn't move the table as one of the legs was unstable and one of the chairs had a wonky leg we just didn't move the table and used the other 2 chairs)
