: Clean and modern apartment, everything that u need...not too much of a walk to bullring though after all the walking we done 1st day it was the last thing we wanted...
: Total nightmare of a 1st day...when we eventually got the code to pick the quays up we asked at pick up point could they give us directions to the apartment which they couldn't so we spent 2 hours walking around with suitcases trying to find it..when we eventually found a taxi rank the taxi driver didn't even know where it was...2 different addresses for the apartment ..in the end a friendly postman got us there ( not even a sign to say it was onyx apartment, looked just like an office building)who very nicely came back to check that we were OK..on leaving we had to pull our luggage with us to drop of point with the key (cases a lot heavier with all our shopping

: Location perfect. Apartment very clean, modern and comfortable.
: Key collection & drop off a bit of a palaver. Maybe a secure key safe at the property might be better?

: Good location, really handy for Brindley Place. Toiletries provided in the bathrooms which was a nice touch. Nice amount of space for 4 adults for a weekend away - 2 bathrooms is always a bonus. Communication was good after we'd checked in. Lots of info provided in the apartment and has all the amenities you would need for a weekend away.
: Had to collect the key from a different location (which isn't really en route) to get into the apartment. This wasn't advised until around an hour before arrival. We had 4 single beds and 1 double which was unmade and forced into the 2nd bedroom which made the 2nd bedroom a lot smaller than it needed to be. Also cleaning under the beds hadn't been done which became obvious when we tried to make more space. Door handle in one of the bathrooms was broken which meant you couldn't close the door.

: The bathroom and living area was quite nice
: There was almost no communication from the hosts who, if they did pick up the phone once out of the many times I called, would leave the conversation saying I would recieve a call back, I’m still waiting now! I emailed and called to complain about the issues with both the apartment and check in. The tv remote didnt work, the blinds didn’t close properly and there are no curtains, there was no help given regarding how to use the central heating system and it got really cold. I’m still waiting for a call back now!
