  : Location was perfect, gettiong it to the propery was great and it was everything we expected.
  : I think there could of been alittle more attention to detail , the bathroom flooring was coming up , there was some dirt and dust around the place, and could of done with a bigger mirror in the rooms.

  : Felt like there was a lot of rules etc which made you on edge. Didnt cause us an issue though

  : I like the comfort of the beds although they were very noise when you turned over and I like the space 4 adults had a baby without it been too over crowded.
  : I didn't like the communication that I had with the landlord. They knew how early we had landed and knew we were walking around all day. Outside waiting to see check in and at 3.01pm they then decide to pass on the instructions on how to check in and inform us that the check was in a garage which was 10mind away when they had all day to tell us this and knew we're weren't driving. I thought the lack of communication was brutal if I'm completely honest. And the directions to the garage to retrieve the keys was a disgrace down dark alley ways where all girls had to walk with a 2 year old baby. Disgraceful. Then there noticed everywhere that were an extra charge for bed linen. No bed linen even provide for the travel that I requested - nor did they tell me I even had to bring my own. There was no tea towels for drying the dishes. No welcome pack as displayed in the pictures. One toilet roll for the whole weekend, had to go out and buy things that should be without even a thought of included in the stay. Then the travel cot was broken at the start and had to watch videos on how to fix the travel cot. Then on check out literally as we're checking out I then received a text on how to check which mean the return of the key back to the garage. Over all very lacked in the communication upon check in and checking out. Why wasn't this issues before arrival instead of on the day off with no time to spare. We had paid well in advance and informed them on many occasions of how early we would be there and the simple of things they couldn't provide. Would definitely not recommend this place.
