  : it's a beautiful apartment and great located for a good price
  : it was a bit dirty, I had to sleep with no linen on the bed on the first night because i didn't notice it didn't have any at check-in and got back to the place pretty late, also the hot water would only work during the and had to take cold showers in the evening

  : Nice location, clean.
  : Very difficult to get in touch with host. We earlier than planned and wanted to reschedule the appointment to collect keys. Sent email, no response. Made several calls, met by different call operators each time, who did not call back to confirm despite asking for name, address and phone no each time. Finally, at my last call 30 mins prior to arrival, they confirmed that we would get the keys. Was met by agent, who pointed out flaws in apartment that were supposed to be fixed promptly (wobbly dining table, window blinds had fallen down, providing full view to living room from outside street). Next morning discovered it was impossible to shower without getting scolded. Did not get direct phone number to agent, so again had to call the operating center several times. Received an email in the afternoon saying they had knocked on door at 13 o'clock. Since no appointment had been made, obviously we were out at that time. Responded by email and asked them to lock themselves in and fix issues. Did not receive confirmation. Arrived at apt in the late evening and found that table and shower had been fixed, but window blinds were still down. Did not receive any check-out instructions despite again contacting the company per email. Apartment was ok equipped, but only contained one glass and a single teaspoon. The bed was small, uncomfortable, with a saddle-shaped and hard mattress. It had a single shared duvet, which is rather unpractical unless you are staying with a very intimate acquaintance.

  : It was well located. Quite close to public transportation. Quiet and secured.
  : The fluffy rug in the living room needs more cleaning. We literally had to shake it to room dirt. The couch looks like it is missing the centre legs;not suitable for use to my expectations and standard. We literally avoided using it. Let me stop there......
