  : - Really good location to the city centre. - Free on street parking. - Located right next to a Tesco's which is really handy. - Good price for a 2 night stay.
  : - Located on a very noisy road. - Sofa beds weren't very comfy, i wouldn't suggest staying if you're a group of 4. - Booked for 6 only towels provided for 4 guests etc.

  : The property was great for our girly weekend away fitting 6 people comfortably.
  : After originally booking a penthouse in the Jewellery quarter, we were moved to a different apartment in a different location. On arrival, there were not enough glasses, plates, mugs or cutlery. The heating didnt work and no bedding was provided for the sofa bed. The person I dealt with was very good and did come to the apartment with additional glasses etc with 2 hours and organised an electrician to come the following day.

  : the room is a great size and very nicely decorated! the beds are comfy and very handy to have fire stick
  : neither of our fobs worked to get into building so sometimes people wouldnt be at reception and we were waiting 10 mins to get in at 3 different times so was inconvenient. takes ages to get to room

  : I had booked and paid for this property, but was told it was unavailble and was offered a different apartment in another location, which had not bars or restaurants nearby. We were snowed in and couldn't get a taxi. The owner charged me 50/60 as the fob to the carpark was missing, yet it was not on the keyring with the apartment key. The door to the apartment was next to impossibe to lock. There was rubbish under the bed. Most of the table lamps had no bulbs or bulbs which did not work. The towels were not kept in the bathroom, I had to search for them. I also had to search for the hairdryer. The remote for the tv did not work. The tv had Netflix/Youtube, yet neither would work. I could hear the programme, but there was no picture. The coffee table was sticky, as was the kitchen counter. The cups and glasses were upside down on the shelf and were stuck to the shelf. The whole apartment needs a deep clean.
