  : The apartment is quite large, well furnished with new appliances (microwave, washing machine, etc.). There are two bathrooms, each one with WC. Heating and hot water work well. The apartment is located very close to the BCU and I walked easily from and to the New Street Train Station.
  : In all the rooms, but especially in the kitchen, cleaning can be improved. Other easily addressable issues: soap was not available in the shower; the WC lid in the largest bathrooms had been removed; the fan in the smallest bathroom is quite noisy.

  : The check in didn't go well. I followed the instructions, but they weren't right so I was outside for 20 minutes trying to get instructions on the phone!!Location is handy for town but surrounded by derelict buildings Car parking was hazardous!!Quite noisy inside from other guests and the trains very close by

  : It was clean, central and convenient and the owners and office staff were very helpful when I found the key boxes difficult to understand. They came straight away and sorted the problem out kindly and quickly. Be aware that the outside door to Flat 1 is a FIRE EXIT only. You enter through the main entrance and need to use THOSE key boxes. It WAS explained in the welcome pack, I just found it confusing.

  : Great location very close to the city centre. Very quiet location too. Flat clean and with everything you could need including a parking space.
  : I had no problem at all. Single or more nervous people may not feel totally safe walking back to this area very late at night/in early hours.
