  : The staff were helpful and clear for arrival instructions, but not being available after 5 pm isnt great. An alarm went off that no one could turn off at 10:30 pm and no one could help us. It was deafening. I phoned a service number who came out, even though they said the address wasnt their client, I dont know what we would have done if they didnt, it was awful we could not reach anyone. There should be an emergency number.

  : 1.The check-in information sent to me was incorrect. The building number and key box password were also different. I met someone from the cleaning business, so I asked them to call me at the office. 2.The walls are thin and you can hear the voices next door. You can hear it even if it's not loud

  : This property was not the property we were put in. I received an email from the company a week before our trip began that stated the property we booked was under renovation and asked if they could relocate us. Upon looking there were few options to book a different property so close to our stay so I said yes, relocate us. However, we were not informed that there was no on site laundry which was the main reason we booked the original property as we were on a 3 week trip. Upon arrival, the room was unclean, smelled of urine in and was in a different, less safe neighbourhood and had none of the facilities we paid for such as laundry and a shared kitchen space or a modern, clean design. When I reached out to request a partial refund as this property was severely lacking compared to the one we booked and they gave us barely any notice about the relocation, they declined. When we sent photos of the less than sanitary conditions of the room, they simply offered a late check out as compensation. The smell and grossness of the room made us decide we couldn't stay at all and we ended up having to spend a ton of money we hadn't budgeted on an airbnb. upon reading other reviews, it seems this behaviour and horrible customer service is the standard for this company. Do not stay with them.
