  : Overall, housekeeping service at We recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Belfast City, and our experience was truly enhanced by the outstanding housekeeping service. A special mention goes to Hammad, who made our stay even more pleasant.Hammad, was incredibly friendly and always greeted us with a warm smile. He consistently provided us with fresh towels and ensured our room was impeccably clean. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made a significant difference in our overall comfort.It's not often that you come across such dedicated and personable staff members, and Hammad’s efforts did not go unnoticed. Thanks to him, our stay was much more enjoyable. We greatly appreciate his hard work !
  : Our stay at Holiday Inn Express Belfast was unfortunately marred by a significant issue and a disappointing interaction with the management.Upon booking, we were assured that our unit would have air-conditioning, which was a key factor in our decision. However, upon arrival, we were surprised to find that there was no air-conditioning in our room. Given the hot nights, this was a major inconvenience, and the only solution the hotel staff could offer was a fan, which was insufficient to keep us comfortable.The situation worsened when we spoke with the manager, Jaycee. Initially, he assured us that no air-conditioned rooms were available and repeated this several times. Despite our explanation that we specifically booked a room with air-conditioning, Jaycee remained decisive and unyielding. His confrontational and uncooperative attitude was very disappointing. He repeatedly insisted that there was nothing he could do and suggested that we call the booking website instead. This dismissive attitude and lack of customer service were very frustrating.After a lengthy and uncomfortable one-hour conversation, where Jaycee attitude did not change.The only initial solution that he offered was to cancel our original booking. The proposition was itself very inconsiderate. We came all the way from Canada and endured a long flight. Thus, most of the hotels were fully booked because of the gay pride, happening the next day. Where else could we go? After a turbulent and long discussion, he finally offered us a room with air-conditioning, when we were adamant that he needed to call booking.com himself to fix the situation caused by the false advertisement. This sudden change after such a prolonged discussion made us feel tricked and uncomfortable as guests.This experience left a negative impression on our stay, and we hope the management at Holiday Inn Express Belfast takes steps to ensure better communication and customer service in the future.

  : As a room for one night before a flight from Belfast City airport it was exactly what we needed.For a city hotel it was very relaxed and peaceful which suited us.We didn't have breakfast, although had paid for it, as we had an early flight and weren't sure how long it would take to drive to the airport.

  : From our arrival the staff at reception were fabulous!: good humoured, attentive & very helpful. Our early departure meant we would miss breakfast, but the staff had breakfast bags made up for us to take away! A gluten free one for one of our party was no problem to them either. I would highly recommend this hotel for a no fuss, comfortable stay. Thank you!
