  : Good communication from company via email and phone, location central, well stocked apartment with plenty of seating, utensils. Spacious with an added bonus of a balcony. Two bathrooms/showers useful for our party of 4. Car parking space was really useful. Security deposit returned promptly with a friendly call to confirm.
  : A block of about 80 flats, most seemed residential, really scruffy looking from outside. Key box was stiff and difficult to open. The apartment itself was spacious but not as nice as the photos indicated. Some furnishings very basic and the entire apartment needs decorating. Cleaning not up to standard, my feet were black after walking on the laminate flooring for a couple of hours. Beds uncomfortable with springs popping constantly. Only 4 teabags for 4 people on a 3 night stay was a bit mean! Didnt like the 10am checked out, especially after receiving an email the day before stating all dishes to be washed and put away and all bins to be emptied. Didnt have time to wait for the dishwasher cycle so hand washed everything, whilst trying to pack and sort the keys before 10am was a bit of a rush. No guidance regarding location of bins, but found them in the basement car parking area. Overall wouldnt stay again because of the early check out and the cleanliness.

  : Location was perfect,Apartment was okay but sofa bed not very comfy .would definitely book 2 rooms next time .No sheet for sofa bed only quilt and pillows .
  : The outside and entrance to the property could do with a clean and tidy .Also a couple issues inside the property as cleaning ,dusty and kitchen blind jammed .

  : The location was brilliant. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and provided everything we needed.
  : The mattresses need replacing. A 2nd key would be helpful as the intercom did not work.
