  : I booked for 4 people, one double bed and two single bed one room however when I reached there they asked me to adjust in a room for 3 people as they don't have anymore rooms left. That was pathetic as I booked room for four and paid the amount for it and asked me to adjust in a room for 3 people one double bed and one single bed and we couldn't sleep properly as there was no space to fit in properly. I am disappointed with that

  : -Found old condom wrappers down the side of the bed that weren't mine, -Lots of hairs in the shower from I'm guessing previous guests,-All felt a very disorganised. -Got a knock on the door just after 10 saying that we're were late for check out as it was at 10. Online, it states that check out is out half 10-The continental breakfast was just a croissant and coffee

  : The location is the only good point.
  : We were staying at OYO No 3 in Bath, but when I booked I booked at Lamp Post Villa. Now we found a service that is a rip-off: the room and bathroom amenities are terrible. Having booked with breakfast included, we were met with something that cannot be called breakfast: hardly any bread and butter, an open jam, an open yogurt in the fridge, and not even coffee. But the worst thing is that in the "breakfast" there was bread and rolls completely moldy. In addition, at 10:30 there was no one to help us with breakfast, nor on site to ask for help. Evidently, the rating they have on Booking is due to the previous owners. When my husband contacted the owner by phone, he said: "I have a procedure to deal with complaints from customers like you" in a completely rude way. We have booked through Booking hundreds of times and never had a complaint, but what we experienced in this case is very serious. Booking should remove this place from their accommodation offer list.

  : Dreadful breakfast . Very dated room. Broken items repaired but still very poor. Would not recommend this accommodation. Bathroom was dirty.
  : Breakfast was awful. I dont mind self serve but the quality of the products was poor. Milk not dated so unsure of how long it was open. Poor choice and overall just dreadful.
