  : The location, space, decor and quiet were wonderful. The beds were SO comfortable we slept like babies - It was very peaceful and the underfloor heating in one bathroom was much appreciated. The views from most of the apartment were also lovely. A few scuffs on paintwork are not a problem for us (on the window sill overlooking the square).
  : 1. The frying pan had some staining2. Someone knocked on the front door several times - we werent sure what it was at first but the by the time we realised, it had become quite aggressive. This was around 10pm on the 25th and was before the designated quiet time of 11 pm - we did not answer the door. We were watching a Harry Potter film and there had been a loud part on but the TV volume was not high - we checked and it was 54. Neither one of us is hard of hearing. We still reduced the volume in case this was the problem and had no further banging.

  : Took payment 3 times and hasnt refunded. Sadly I have had a very upsetting experience with Nigel. We stayed at one of his apartments in bath on 5th and 6th November. The apartment was lovely. No problems there. Nigel did however take the cost of the apartment which was 311 out of our account 3 times. One of these errors has been rectified but the other still hasnt, meaning that we are still 311 out of pocket. His attitude has become very dismissive and unhelpful, although he acknowledges his error. Our saga continues and I would not recommend booking with this company,

  : Close to centre 10 mins walk. Restaurants and shops within 5 mins walk. Apartments as per pictures, comfy and spacious with luxury feel.
  : Parking was limited outside flat, had to park several hundred meters away.

  : Excellent location - short walking distance to the city centre but apartment located in a quiet residential area. Lovely courtyard garden at rear with great views of the area. Apartment is very well equipped and beds very comfortable. The apartment has been furnished in sympathy with the age of the property and it felt very homely and welcoming. We can't wait to return - for longer next time!
  : Car parking is difficult - there is no off-street parking at the property and it was difficult to find a space close by. This wouldn't prevent us from staying here again as we now know there is a secure 24-hour multi-storey car park only a few minutes' walk away.
