  : Very convenient to visit Sandham Chapel and Highclere Castle. Nice breakfast. Nice variety of treats provided for guests.
  : Not a single coat hanger provided. Just hooks. This is a very isolated property and without transport is difficult or expensive to get to from Newbury Station. There are NO weekend buses, and only 1 Mon-Fri. There are no shops at all. There is a walk around the village, otherwise, nothing to do there , ( after visiting the Chapel and Castle).

  : Very helpful and friendly staff. Catered extremely well for dietary requirements, even preparing something especially for my daughter. Excellent dinner in restaurant with beautiful view. Great location for visiting Highclere Castle.
  : Shower fixture broken so couldn't stand under shower. Brighter lights would be welcome as room was quite dim.

  : The room 'Big Wig' was perfect for us. We had our dog so having our own access straight onto the big and beautiful garden was perfect. There's a kettle and nespresso machine plus great complimentary snacks (pringles and cake bars). The room was beautiful with beams, wooden floors and antique furniture. The pub is lovely with a massive covered/heated garden. Good burgers too. We'll be back.
  : A blind that totally obscures people being able to see you in the bathroom especially at night when the lights on would be good. Also a brighter light near the dresser would be helpful. That's it though.
